After trying many types of Omega fish oil, this has to be one of the best I have been taking - I knew it would take some time to see a difference.I'd say after a few weeks, my mood had improved with less morning stiffness. But this really changed after using it for about 6 weeks. I hadn't really put it down to taking this until I looked back when I started.My skin was a lot softer and hair seemed thicker (though not sure if this was an effect).I did also notice I was feeling a bit sharper mentally and at work too. Could be a mix of other things but will continue taking them.I bought originally last year had about an 8 month break in taking and noticed the change then. After taking them again I could see significat improvemnts. I will be sticking with these. Third time repurchasing this omega 3. I definitely see the difference in my skin and hair, and this dosage is perfect if you want to see result. There’s no smell or taste whatsoever. Size is good enough to swallow easily. AMAZING value for money. I will be buying it again as it’s high quality omega 3.

Good product, high strength, easy to swallow and no aftertaste. Also the customer service of Zipvit was excellent. After an issue with the first shipment, (not due to the sellers product, but more likely due to sitting in a delivery van on one of the hottest days of the year), I reached out to their customer service and received a friendly and helpful response the same day. A replacement was sent out direct from them and arrived a few days later in perfect condition. The company clearly cares about both their product and their customers satisfaction.

I’ve been taking Zipvit Omega 3 Fish Oil for about 2 months mainly to help with inflammation. It’s hard to say how much of a difference it’s made since I’m also on LDN, which has really helped me—so I can’t give full credit to the fish oil alone. That said, I appreciate that there’s no fishy aftertaste (a big win for me), and it seems like a high-quality product with solid EPA and DHA levels.The only downside is the size of the capsules—they’re quite big, which might be a bit challenging for some to swallow. But otherwise, it’s a great value, especially with the 2-month supply in the resealable pouch.Would recommend if you’re looking for a clean, high-strength omega-3 supplement.

2nd day of taking it. The first day I was able to swallow 4 without taking any water, it was really difficult.The next day... I took water and it was very easy. Uhmm, obviously it is too early to say that it is having an effect on me, but for now I can say with confidence it did not bother my stomach. I take 4 each day and it does not provoque me diarhea, or vomit, or hurts my stomach. I reccomend it as it is the cheapest and more reliable version that there is. Until nutrition geek publish theirs.
