Broken mess
Spent a fortune to have houses built and ready to decorate. Opened them today for my fifteen year old son, who has autism no less, for our cousin decorating day and they were all in shambles. Very disappointed.

Not as advertised!!
I ordered three “pre-built” gingerbread houses to be decorated. They were not pre-built and worse yet all 3 boxes contained bags of broken cookie parts. They are not offering a refund. BEWARE! This is a rip off.

Arrived Unbroken!!!!!
"Our Christmas tradition is to build gingerbread houses, so I have ordered a lot of gingerbread house kits. It's amazing that none of them arrived broken, as I usually order extras just in case. I highly recommend the "Red Label" 1.85 lb. Create-A-Treat gingerbread house kit."

Arrived destroyed
I ordered two pre-built gingerbread houses and one was fine and the other was completely destroyed. They also don’t provide refunds. Very disappointed.
