Hyland's Calms Forte Tablets, Natural Relief of Nervous Tension and Occasional Sleeplessness, 100 Count

I always buy these homeopathic supplement/pills. I use them to help me with nerves, anxiety, and sleep. I've been buying them consistently for awhile now. I like the calming effect they have on me and help me fall asleep. If sometimes people might wonder if homeopathic things work, well they do! I'll never use another brand other than Hyland's for homeopathic supplements. This is a healthier option imo for a sleeping pill as well for anyone having sleeping problems.

Amazing product for anxiety, irritability (and who isnt today) and a great sleep aid. No grogginess, blurred thinking, etc. 100 tablets for $10 is not bad. Want to really sleep? Take 3. Want to calm rough spots during the day? Take one, breathe and it washes away. AMAZING.

I cannot rave enough about this all natural product! My family has used these for years and I have recommended them to others dealing with difficulty sleeping. These helped my teenage son fall asleep after an extremely hyper active day. These are great after stressful days when one has too much running thru your mind. They calm the mind and help to induce a great night of sleep. Can be taken with prescription medications with no side effects and unlike many prescription for sleep meds, there are no side affects, no hang-over feeling in the morning. You get a good night's sleep and awake refreshed!

I only take 1 of these, and it helps me to fall asleep quickly, especially when I have a lot on my mind. It also helps me to get a deep sleep. I have not tried taking more than one of these, but maybe I should. The majority of the time that I take these I will wake up after about 4 hours and be wide awake. It concerns me to be so awake, but I should probably try taking 2 or 3. One of the reasons that I don't take more than 1 is that a lot of times, it will give me such a deep sleep with some very emotional dreams. I'm not sure how having 2 tablets would affect me. Some nights when I wake up, I take another and fall back asleep. I do feel groggy the next morning though if I'm taking one of these in the middle of the night.

I give these to my cats when we're traveling. I give them Hylands nerve tonic and I also give them a little bit of this so they'll sleep through the 10 hr trip.

Wow these were a recommendation from a friend. They have helped me sleep great and I’m not sure if it’s because of these but I wake up in a great mood!

The package came quickly and I was very much looking forward to g forward to using this sleep aid. I took the smallest dose the first night. Could not fall asleep… second night took the middle amount.. couldn’t fall asleep. Third night took the max amount didn’t feel anything. Couldn’t sleep. This product doesn’t work for me at all. It is a nonreturnable item. Waste of money for me. It is chalky but easy to chew. Doesn’t have a bad flavor. Just doesn’t work as indicated.
