I've been taking magnesium at night for years but these are particularly good and really do help me to sleep better. If I wake in the night I can now usually get back to sleep

Does what it says, have felt much better since taking.

I'm a terrible sleeper and this worked really well for the first couple months, much easier to fall asleep, better sleep quality. You do feel a bit lethargic in the mornings. Didn't help with jet lag unfortunately. My wife and I have now been through 4 packets

No difference to sleep and restless legs issues.

Have been using these for a few months to aid sleep, hard to tell but anecdotally seems to help. Maybe it's placebo, maybe it's magnesium!

It is a good supplement, it works. I fall asleep after 30 min or so. Good mood the next day. Very heavy and lovely sleep. Other magnesium supplements also worked but they were too much for my stomach, as magnesium is also used to relieve constipation. However this supplement will not do that. It only effect your sleep and rest.

These are dangerous. I have sleep maintenance issues and no problem falling asleep normally, though I usually wake up at 5. First time I took these I couldn’t nod off at all and had to take a real sleeping pill at 2am! They made my head feel strange and disrupted my circadian rhythm. Never again!

I don’t usually write reviews so here goes > This product has been my saving grace. I’m just over 50, going through the ‘pause’ and do 3 nights a week as a Nurse. All I can say is a wake up after a good sleep, that’s all we want right? Recommend try this, everyone is different, it may or may not work for you, but it’s work a try.
