My husband and I read through so many of these reviews before ordering our king size hybrid mattress. We could not agree on a mattress type as he prefers firmer and I prefer softer. We chose the hybrid because it seemed to be a good mix of what we both wanted. Novilla nailed it! This mattress was so easy to set up and was fully expanded in about 30 minutes. Initially it was more firm, but we have been sleeping on it for over 2 weeks and it has softened a bit more to be a medium firm mattress. The memory foam contours to your body giving support where it’s needed most, but you don’t sink in so much that your “trapped” so to speak. I hope this helps you decide if Novilla is right for you!!

I was very hesitant to buy a mattress, especially one with inner coils, in a box. From what I researched, the hybrid type (layers of foam on top of individually-wrapped inner coils) appeared to have the best overall reviews. I was extremely surprised that not only did this queen size mattress expand to the full 12” as advertised, almost immediately, but that it’s SO comfortable! My 6’5” son was blown away after his first night sleeping on it. I know it’s been less than one week but I had to write a review. The only thing to be mindful of is how heavy the box is when it arrives (74+/- lbs). Luckily, my UPS lady brought it on a hand truck to my door. I can’t wait to tell her how wonderful it is since she’s thinking of getting one. I don’t get compensated for this but if it helps someone decide to purchase the Novilla hybrid mattress, I’ll be happy. I always read the reviews before I buy anything and this was very affordable. Money well spent!!

This was delivered on April 2nd and it has now been 3 months. I got rid of my sleep number bed in exchange for this awesome King Size mattress. I love it and it has helped me tremendously, I have no complaints and wish I would have purchased it before as I was going back and forth on it. Awesome & super comfortable.

The mattress is used in a guest room. Two people have remarked on how well they slept. I don’t know about it’s lifetime, but so far we like it!

With a bad back and hips this hybrid is so much more comfortable than memory foam. It's the perfect support for me.

I bought the full size 10 inch mattress and this one actually surprised me. It came in with a rectangular shape of box, kinda heavy. I had the carrier move inside the house. At first, I thought it will take a week or so in order to have the mattress inflated to its full size and I thought the odor of the mattress will be strong. To my surprise, the mattress turn into shape after I unwrap all the plastic bags and it went into shape within minutes actually. I wanted to say the smell of the mattress is not strong at all. There is a little new mattress smell but not like some others, odors won't go away till weeks or a month later. This one was actually not back. I'm sensitive to smell, but this one the smell is not big at all. I can literally sleep on it on day 1 although it's not recommended.I also want to say the 10 inches is thick enough. I feel all the support in my back for my need. Maybe it's the hybrid mattress and not like the memory foam one, this one is not as soft as the memory foam mattress. I would say this one is medium firm which is perfect for me. I don't like mattress too soft and lower down when I sit on it. This one is firm enough that I don't feel I lower down when I sit on it.The mattress is heavy though as expected. I actually need someone to help me to put in onto the bed. But after it sets up, I don't have any complain.

Bought a queen & twin (12in for both) and have not regretted it since! Most comfortable bed we’ve owned and highly recommend
