Supportive, Cool, and Worth the Upgrade!I’ve tried several pillows over the years, and the Vaverto Gel Memory Foam pillow is easily one of the best. It offers excellent support for my neck and head without being too firm, and the gel-infused foam really helps keep me cool throughout the night no more flipping the pillow to the “cool side.” It had a faint smell when I first took it out of the package thats went away after about an hour of airing out.Bonus: The removable, breathable bamboo cover is soft, hypoallergenic, and easy to wash.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, cooling pillow that holds its shape and relieves pressure points. I wake up with less stiffness and sleep better overall!

Small and comfy--perfect hotel pillow! I purchased to bring on a trip, and used it at my hotel on top of the flat, uncomfortable hotel pillows. Highly recommended for those who suffer from neck and migraine pain when traveling.

The pillow was great. Comfortablw with just the right amount of firmness. Didnt stink and was true to size. The only issue is the storage bag that it came in fell apart when I tried to put the pillow back in. If they had replacement bags, I would give this 5 stars.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:medium firmness with good support and comfort. easy to pack in luggage using a smaller space bag (doesn’t pack compact enough with included bag). Great size, big enough to forget it’s travel size. sometimes i pair another pillow underneath to give my head some loft. i use a ‘cushion lab pillow cover’ as a pillow case, fits decently and is so soft and smooth.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This pillow (king, firm) is actually firm unlike others I tried that claimed to be firm. As a side sleeper, I want a lot of support and this pillow provides it all night long as well as being the right height. Be sure you want a very firm pillow before buying this one! I love it but it may be too firm for a lot of people.

The media could not be loaded. I was very excited for this. I have a similar camping pillow I adore from another company that no longer makes them. It shipped next day and I loved the speed it got here. When I opened the box, the bag on one end was open (see pic). It didn't look used, but it certainly made me think it was a previous return, especially when the instructions say to be careful opening the bag not to cut the pillow.When I started to pull the pillow out, it's apparent there is a lot of extra space in the cover compared to the size of the pillow itself. So I measured the case and then removed it to measure the foam itself. I ordered the standard size which states 25". The cover is certainly 25", but the pillow is actually 24". I like that the cover is bigger so it is easier to get on and off. Buyer beware though if you are looking for the pillow itself to be a specific size, this one is smaller than listed. I took a star off for this.There is an awful smell too, so those reviews are accurate. If someone said it didn't they must be nose blind or got a different manufacturer.The smell dissipated not long after opening with the cover on, but when I removed the cover - OMG it's terrible. I'm hoping leaving it out for a couple days will make it better. I'll update later. I took another off a star for this.It is soft to the touch, though memory foam does harden when it's cold. I'll try to remember to update in winter. Despite being soft like memory foam, it did conform to my head and body parts, but didn't sink to the bed holding them up enough to be comfortable. I can see why some would say it is firmer than most would like. The foam around the outside of your head will stay inflated while the rest in contact with the pillow will depress the pillow enough to cradle your head but the inflated parts of the pillow will touch the sides of your head. The parts not touched with body heat won't be kept soft, especially in cold weather or if you like to have a fan on you at night. I can see someone who has a larger and heavier build where this pillow would just flatten instead of elevating them to their desired height. For a smaller more petite build like myself, this is a perfect firmness for comfort that is supported.

At first the pillow was indeed super firm, but after a few nights it has loosened up a bit. It's still firm, but not like it was out of the box. I didn't have any issues with a chemical smell as others have had. Overall it's a great pillow.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are great pillows for side sleepers! They are not too thick, and give just enough. They are a well made, long lasting, memory foam pillow. I've had my king size pillows for two years. I bought these queen size recently for my parents and now they love them as much as i do.
