Take ALL HMB reviews with a grain of salt. HMB is not a wonder supp. It's not a game changer. It's not creatine.The last time I took it was in the late early 2000's. What I remember when taking it, and what has exactly recurred with me taking it now 20 years later is this:.... you dont see or feel any results until almost a month in... then they slightly become more noticeable. Personally the biggest benefit for me is an increase in muscle striation. For some reason, HMB allows me to see the fibers of the muscle when pumped and under load. It definitely help with recovery... it is a good adjunct to getting a sick pump ( along with some sort of nitrous oxide vasodilator and proper carb intake). For the price.. its a keeper (it used to be be WAY more expensive when it was the supposed du jour back in the day) .. Ive never been on it for more than 5 months.. this time I will... maybe the effects get even better down the line.

This seems to be high quality. I have not noticed a difference in performance, but I'm also quite a bit into my fitness journey. After doing more research it seems like a good supplement for beginners. And this one is from a good brand.
