I needed a way to lock up medications from small children and this fits the bill. It goes where we normally store meds and it’s clear so I can see inside. A+ for convenience and ease of use.It is a plastic box that can be broken if someone really wants to. If I wanted something truly safe, I would have purchased that very thing—a gun cabinet-like safe. That’s a bit of overkill in this situation since I only have the basics.Anyway, to make it a little less easy to break, I drilled two holes into the back and then secured it to the cabinet/wall so it can’t just be taken out and smashed. It also makes it easier to open and close without needing 2 hands.The only con I’ve noticed so far is the handle for the lock is REALLY small. It’s hard to get a grip on to turn the knob and open the lid. Other than that, so far so good. Only time will tell how it holds up.

Our pediatricians’ office recommends getting in the practice of locking up prescription and OTC meds early on in parenthood. We bought these boxes for just that. Piece of cake to assemble and set up, and we use them for all meds now. I feel better knowing that our kids won’t accidentally get into anything in our house.Decent storage capacity, but we did buy 3 (one for the kitchen, kids bathroom, and our bathroom), since we leave meds in various places. Super simple to lock and unlock, and strong latch. Not the cheapest option, but worth it for the product.

The box was fairly easy to snap together and the lock works well and is easy to code. The negative is that an older kid could throw the box on the ground and it’s a 50/50 chance it would just break apart. The box isn’t rock solid. The box is 6 pieces that snap together, so with some strength it would easily be broken apart.Overall, for my baby and toddler, this box up high in a cupboard provides peace of mind that they can’t access the medication. It’s 100% better than no secure box. It’s also large, so it fits a lot of medication and being clear makes it easy to see what you have.

So convenient and easy to use

This is good. It fits in my kitchen cabinet. I came unassembled but was very easy to put together and set up the lock code. I like that it's clear which allows me to know exactly what is in there. I keep my medications in there but you can use this for anything you want to secure. I wouldn't say it's the most "sturdy" but good for my purposes.

Pretty flimsy… could easily be broken open.

This was the second box I purchased. It's sturdy and keeps my supplements and medications well organized. Also, keeps children out!

Put it together and have never been able to open it. The lock is not working and won't allow open. Don't waste your money. Too late for me to return it because I was hoping it was my mistake but the lock is just not in working order
