These are great. I can what them around my chair at work and do pec/biceps/triceps and lats. I can do squats to failure (cant do no more) by wrapping around a pole or small tree. I even feel my abs kicking in when doing little seated leg extensions. The hardest thing was figuring out how to cover each body area. There is a book (but i cant find where I put it).

This set is a good value with a good range of bands. The studio/box where I work out uses these for regular workouts and they seem to hols up to heavy use. As with any elastic, they will wear out (they seem to last a year or so at the gym; instructions recommend replacement every 6 months), but mine still look and feel like new after several months. The included grips are good and the neoprene is holding up, but I got some non-neoprene grips as extras.

This is exactly what I needed in my home gym. I love the combination of bands and straps. I can get a full workout without having to lift major weights. They allow me to have full range of muscle control. They are very sturdy to include the hand straps which I was a little concerned about but after running them through several vigorous work they are holding up quite nicely. I have convinced a few others to purchase this particular product so they can join in my weekly training sessions.The carrier bag could be a little bigger and the retainer bands could be a little thicker. I like to put them back into their original CONFIGURATION after I used them so I dont get them tangled and all over the place. That's my OCD. If they do become stressed and or break I can say I've gotten my money's worth out of them. I am hard on my toys.

Came well packaged, high quality...rubber? I guess it's rubber. My biggest complaint is that the carabiners that clip the handles onto the straps are a bit small, I worry about scoring the rubber and creating weak spots. The over the door thing is not the best quality I've seen, I think it will not last too long. The book that's advertised does not come with the equipment, and there are no directions for getting it. I ended up googling, going to their site and downloading it, which I could have done without the purchase. It's of debatable use if you don't have a hip-height railing available that's equal to the load.Not the manufacturer's fault, but for future purchases, I would want to add a bar with a single attachment point that was big enough for two hands.The documentation says these are only good for 6 months, which probably means they're limiting their liability to that time period, but that's a lot of repurchasing.

I bought these off a recommendation from my PT and boy have they been a game changer. I use them for all kinds of workouts. Physical therapy, arm resistance, booty resistance and more. Very versatile, lots of difference in resistance and it's so nice they come with hooks too so I can use them on the gym equipment.

I bought these some time ago. I am writing a review because I came back to buy another set.I originally bought them for warm-ups and pull-up assistance. For these purposes the bands are wonderful. They are really tough. With all the work, which includes stepping on them on rough surfaces, they don't have any nicks or gouges.Recently, I thought to bring them in my bag on a work trip to workout in my room. Hotel gyms are so spotty and unreliable, I just figured, "Why not?" They worked really great. I was able to get a decent resistance training workout in my room before I had to get to meetings.I now wish they were sold in pairs. If each weight level came with two versions, that would be awesome. This is why I am planning to buy another set. My intention is to start using them with my Olympic Bar to do squats and overhead presses and other workouts.

Probably similar to a lot of people where gyms are closed and are looking for a workout, the bands have been very helpful. I have used them for squats, curls, rows, shoulder press, etc. The doorstop included and the handlebars are very helpful. If you travel often or for work it's a great option to have and not terribly heavy. It includes a nice bag for traveling as well. Also, it has recommended exercises in a booklet and there are numerous youtube videos with instructions for performing band exercises.The best part about the bands is the difficulty increasing as the stretching continues. I like it a lot for curls and extension exercises.

I use these a few times a week and was disappointed to realize my long thin red band is almost broken... Though I'm glad to have spotted it before an accident could occur!
