Pretty dang junky
The coupling is very cheaply made compared to original. What I received had a bushing through bolt that was clearly damaged from previously installation and returned. Fortunately I really just needed the rubber bushings so I was able use them with the factory parts to fix my problem. It would be nice if vendors would look at returns to make sure they were undamaged before sending back out.

Part performs as required
The quality of this part does not match the effort that it takes for a long term perfect fix. After installing, I see what the part does and the main rod holding it together is quite flimsy. For about 10 dollars more there is a much better made part available that is worthy of your time spent to install it. That said, my car shifted like brand new after I installed this part. I just have serious doubts about how long it will hold up. It's a 1-1/2 hour job at most. Watch the YouTube for some critical tips that will make your life easy.

Agree with other reviews
Metal case is very thin.The old on is 3 times thicker.I only used the bushings with the old coupler.Will buy from empi for the next one.
