Ho acquistato questo libro per un corso di public speaking all'università, ma si è rivelato una delusione.L'argomento in sé è interessante, ma l'autore si perde in continue ripetizioni che non giovano al libro. La scrittura è ridondante e ripetitiva, si sarebbe potuto riassumere il contenuto in una 70 di pagine.A parte questi difetti, il mio giudizio è positivo: vengono dati molti consigli e strategie per parlare in modo divertente e accattivante. Molto carini gli esercizi presenti alla fine di ogni capitolo, con i quali è possibile esercitarsi e migliorare le proprie capacità.

A must read for all speakers

This book is really a must-read for any marketer. It is original and full of good hints. It belongs to my top-10 favorite books by far.It is worth meeting his author, an Irish man with a crazy story, who is as fun in conference as his book is. I highly recommend it!

I love David Nihill. I love this book. It was easy to read and easy to understand. Most importantly, it was FUN to read. It has helped me understand more about what is funny and why. I have a deeper understanding of joke structures and how to set them up. Humor is the way to winning people over (and maybe through their stomachs as well). Humor is a key ingredient to any successful speech, story, script, show, book, etc. This book gives perspective on how to find the funny and carefully place it in your material for the best result. A worthwhile investment!
