Herb PharmSt Johns Wort Glycerite - 1oz

I've had a difficult time tolerating most St. John's Wort extracts. I usually have to give up about a week in because the light and skin sensitivity becomes too bothersome. I think it's because of the Hypercin content of most extracts. This stuff seems to have much less of it, so while it's pretty mild in effect, I don't get any of the usual side-effects. It is great for night time because it's calming and makes for some great sleep.Pros: feels natural, mild (but effective) in antidepressant effect but much less side effects compared to other extracts. Only St. John's wort I can tolerate. More calming than other extracts. Great for nerves/anxiety.Cons: doesn't taste great (but bearable), liquid is less convenient, lacks potency of other extracts

Started wondering after I purchased about dosage and measuring it, so I was happy to see that the label included information on how to take it (I have found that this is not always the case with some of the supplements I've bought). I dropped it into my large glass of water, and couldn't even taste it. I'm happy that this will be such a painless way to take this.

Doesn't taste bad and works really well!!! I have taken many St. Johns Worts supplements over the years to level my emotions due to hormones. I can take this (normally I take at night) and wake up feeling so much more positive and rested. I feel calmer and brighter. This works better for me than capsules/tablets.

Works well for a mood lift and nerve conditions.

This helped my daughter a lot but it takes 4 - 6 weeks to kick in. She got better and better but will still need other medicine because it doesn't quite do the trick.
