Worthy upgrade
I usually prefer bone bridge pins for better resonance but my new mahogany guitar demanded a set that matched the dark aesthetics of the tonewood. Now, my guitar already came with ebony bridge pins with an abalone dot inlay but the dot was so small you couldn’t see any figuring in the shell. They looked kinda cheap so I decided to upgrade to these because the dot inlay is not only larger but it has a tasteful gold accent around it. These pins really complement my guitar’s abalone and gold embellishments quite nicely. The pins are nicely machined and fit perhaps just a touch looser than snug but they seem to be holding just fine. I'm very happy with how these look and perform.

These bridge pins fit great in my Fender Acoustasonic!!! Sounds better than the plastic pins.

A couple were a bit dimmer
I want to give these pegs 5 stars. They fit well, and I have put them on my acoustic and my 12 string. The first batch that I got for Christmas were so good, and I my Taylor 12 string had plastic pegs, so I really wanted to upgrade. The price on these pegs is very reasonable for ebony pegs, and I was excited to get them and install them. Two of the pegs in the batch were a little more dull than the others, and that was a bit disappointing, but I already notice a difference in the transfer of sound to the bridge in my 12 string. These are really good pegs. Just be prepared for some to have a slightly more vintage look.

Works great
Fit my Washburn Bella Tono perfect. Had plastic pins. Sounds warmer and stopped rattle. I replaced Bridge saddle with a Tusq trying to get rid of annoying raddle before it helped but didn't completely get rid of it especially when fingering was too high on fret. Now a lot more forgiving and couldn't be happier. I'm glad I got the bigger dot with the brass ring because head it smaller than you think so it helps the abalone stand out a little more. Of course, the color of the abalone is a crap shoot but not bad. I didn't replace strings since I play with coated string I could tell the difference right away. Of course, if you don't have plastic pins maybe it won't be as obvious. My pin size is 1T

These are FINE for a MARTIN Standard series
I bought these to compare with the $30+ Martin Ebony pins . These were fine as a straight drop-in replacement for my 2020 Martin OM-28. I saw some posts about sizing issues, but these literally fit like a glove. I wish they made a Bone version or a plainer wood, but they are real ebony and I am buying them again.

Beautiful abalone
Very attractive ebony bridge pins. The ring around the abalone adds a bit of eloquence to the overall appearance. Very nice. Great price.

Look Treat!
Can’t tell yet whether they’ve changed the tone but they look great on my Seagull Mahogany!! Just the right size too!!

Seems to Work Fine
I am not sure why so many people had fit issues, but maybe the company corrected them. If anything mine were a little on the loose side for my Blueridge dread. On my Orangewood, they were a perfect fit.I think, on the Orangewood Mahogany, they actually improved the tone, slightly. I think the notes have a bit more clarity but I would not define them as bright at all.
