Wow! I'm impressed. These pillows are HUGE! But the good news is you can remove the fill to make them exactly how you want or need them! Comfortable to sleep on. My neck actually does not hurt this morning!

The pillow is nice. Its full and plush but compresses and forms a small amount during the night. Not super firm, but still has structure.The pillow itself is made out of shredded memory foam. Nothing about the pillow itself is bamboo material. (The product detailed info does state this but all other information in the listing is super misleading)The bamboo part is the pillow CASE. Which I will say does some out of the bag feeling odd and leaves an almost lubricant feeling on your skin. And there was a noticable oder that some others have mentioned. But both of these went away after fluffing on cool/low in the dryer for about 20-30min.Overall pleased, but there are some things to make note of, it's not going to be a pillow you open and use immediately.

I had to take out a lot of the stuffing because they were way too high, but After that they are perfect now for me.I love these pillows and the cooling effect is very nice. I would suggest buying them
