Very poor quality
After less than a dozen uses, the seal between the inner and outer glass went bad and the glass is full of water droplets as well as not insulated any longer. We purchased this one as we've had one that was a giveaway from a business (identical) and we've used it for 3 years with no issues.

Nice size but leaky
I love the size and shape of this cup but mine took in water in between the double wall. I wish it was a little more durable and top rack dishwasher safe. But again, the size and shape is excellent.

20 oz. drink tumbler
I like this cup. It’s the perfect size. I was looking for something to put my protein shakes into. I love how simple it is. Such a simple cup. I also like that it’s clear too, so I can see what I’m drinking. Since I’m experimenting with protein shakes at the moment… I love it! 👍💜

Broken
Arrived cracked inside a square box, but the outer shipping box was not damaged. Clearly not checked prior to shipping as it was damaged to start with.

Bigger and better than I thought!
It was a bigger size than I expected by just looking at the picture, but hey, more space for drinks. What I am actually impressed by is how well the cup preserves the ice! This one tumbler isn't just for show. Awesome product.
