The technician was very helpful, he helped us understand the functionality of the machine gave us the value for money advice on the purifier as this purifier was not good for the location where it was intended to be installed. On his advice the TDS level for this particular machine was very high and would cost us more for the maintenance so we installed at another location. He was very helpful on this whole process and suggested us the right choice of the purifier for our location. One which was durable and function well at such high TDS levels of our place.

I have been having the same purifier since 2013.I had no problem with it .Kit one and two was changed once.No AMC or any other charges.I bought the same product a modified version.It looks good. One can safely buy the product.The machine was fitted within 24 hours of delivery by the company technician Mr Lokesh he is good and explained the product details.The service was arranged by Amazon good service

Product received in impeccable condition ,it has impressive automatic system and very much efficient in saving water. I also like the customer service who was very much responsive and helpful.Installation was completed on the same day.

Best for a home purpose with accurate tds level. 1 star less because for test. Not as other RO provide the test of water.
