First, I have only had this shake for a couple of days...so the weight loss portion I wont address. It is advertised as tastes good. It is the worst tasting vanilla protein shake I have ever drank. I did follow someone elses advice and put cinnamon in it and it was better today. But its awful by itself.Second, it is advertised as a monthly supply with 3 bags--this is totally deceptive! The serving size is 1 scoop recommended 2 times a day, but even at 1 time a day there are only 16 servings to each bag--no way near a month! In fact that actually doubles the monthly price of it in just a single serving per day (not the recommended amount). FALSE ADVERTISING!!!Third, shake is upsetting my stomach, I have had nausea from each serving and adverse bowel reactions too. I will not likely be purchasing this again

I tried 18 Shake for the first time and it's great. I mix it with almond milk and different kinds of berries and have it for Breakfast. I found itkeeps me full until lunch time which is great and I also noticed having more energy. I started replacing the shake for breakfast I have lost a few pounds in just a week. It tastes great besides having many needed vitamins and nutrients.

Very good flavor specially mixed with fruits. I wish you could buy the 3 pack with 3 different flavors instead of 3 vanilla or 3 chocolate..Also, keeps me full. Happy with purchase.

This shake has a great taste! Not too much, not too little, just sweet enough. I used it with unflavored almond milk for about 2 weeks and lost 6 pounds. 18 shake is little expensive, but quality of all ingredients is super high. I would highly recommend it to someone who wants to get in shape.

Loving the vanilla! Along with some diet modifications I have lost 8 lbs. Slow is the way to go. I blend with ice cubes, almond milk light and whatever fruit, veggies, flavorings, even coffee. One of my favorites is pineapple and kale. Have found it great for my GI function. Because I lost about 18 inches of my colon and my gallbladder, each day was an adventure....I'm a happy girl and would use it for that reason alone.

Taste great and when I make a smoothie it adds a great vanilla flavor and seems to be filling. Have not lost any weight though.

I really enjoy the vanilla flavor smoothies with fruit. Can you order the 3pck but exchange one of the vanillas for a chocolate to try? I am not a huge chocolate person but would be nice to have variations.
