Avoid purchasing this rug! Poor product quality, not fit for purpose. DO NOT BUY THIS RUG!
I would not recommend this rug, nor the rug company. I am very displeased that the rug is curled up and will not stay flat to the floor, it is causing a trip hazard! I am dissatisfied with the customer service from this company, who require a £5 payment to return the faulty item. I believe as the item is not fit for purpose the company should cover the return postage cost, but they will not. I took it up with Amazon but they say the company is not at fault so I am liable to cover the return postage. Unacceptable. Poor quality, not an item that I would recommend at all.

Love this rug!
Bought this rug for my dining room which is a room we have to walk through to reach the kitchen - so it had to be hardwearing. Two teenagers, two dogs and a cat and it’s still in great condition. Spills are easily cleaned up. Would definitely buy again (in fact may be buying a spare one for when this one needs replacing as I like it that much!)
