Does *not* come with applicator as shown on package. I even asked "Rufus" and was told there was an applicator. Asked for an exchange, it did not come with an applicator either.

This Putty Primer is awesome! It works great! Leaves my skin mosturized, helps my makeup lasts and does what it promises to do!. Makes my face look great!

When they said putty primer , I was expecting to get something a little bit thicker than what I got . My skin didn’t like it. At first my skin felt soft, didn’t do anything for the primer part. Then the longer it was on my skin the worse it felt. Let me try to describe it. Have you ever been in a sand storm? Well that’s exactly what my skin felt like. Like I had little pieces of sand on my face. I won’t buy it again but I will probably keep it because returning things is a big pain in the you know wher
