I love this supplement. I didn't know it would feel like I have a UTI for the rest of my life once I hit menopause. This takes all the uncomfortable symptoms away. I can tell a huge difference if I don't take it for a few days.I also no longer get UTIs 2-3 times a year...in fact I've had zero since I started taking this a couple years ago!

I wanted to know what the D-mannose in this product is made from, so I contacted the seller. They contacted the manufacturer and found out it is made from birch, not from corn. It is surprisingly inexpensive, when you compare other brands that are made from birch. Unfortunately, I found out that I do not tolerate birch, so I could not use it, but if you are allergic to corn, I suggest that you try this to see if it works for you.I did try another product that is made from birch (and had a reaction to it). It was very effective in stopping my UTI symptoms, but it caused me other problems. You should know that birch has a diuretic effect, so if you take this product, make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep yourself properly hydrated.

Liked having cranberry and D-mongoose in one option but must use multiple tablets anyway to supplement as urinary tract support!
