I have been searching and searching for the best way to display my Formula 1 diecast collection. I wanted something affordable yet not shy on quality with corners cut. I can gladly say that I've found the perfect company to go with-Better Display Cases.I ordered the large rectangle display case with the black bottom (20"x14"x6"). The black bottom has a glossy mirrored finish that exceeds what I had expected to come. It reflects the wheels of my diecast collection giving them a wonderful sitting on water style of display. The base has a raised platform that the acrylic top fits snugly around. This is such an amazing addition to a display case. I have zero fears of the top moving away from the bottom due to any motion whether it be walking/running around the table the case is on, or any other potential accidental movement hitting the table (I have a beagle who loves to chase me around, and sometimes we bump into things). The type of acrylic used is lighter weight than I'm typically used to, but strong and sturdy with zero flexing when being picked up and moved around. My case came crystal clear with zero scratches, moulding bumps, or other blemishes so kudos to the quality control team at BDC. The top long edges of the case (the 20 inch sides) have a curved edge that is smooth to the touch. Just an overall nice addition that makes this case a little more special than your typical sharp flat 4 corner edges of bland design. The case, when together, sits flush on my office table. There is zero warping in both bottom and top. I am so thankful quality materials were used, because I hate having something of this nature warp and bend. The price paid was not outrageous either for how amazingly high quality this case is.Overall I can honestly say there are no drawbacks or negatives to this case. Better Display Cases even goes the extra mile when shipping. They bubble wrapped the top and bottom, put that inside one box, and then put that box within another larger box lined with foam corners and air bubble packing material. Amazing. Thank you. Great quality display case, shipped quickly and packed well to arrive in perfect condition! I used it for my custom felted hand made 3-D cat portrait and the case really sets it off and showcases my beautiful cat, as well as keeps her protected and clean. The display case was purchased as a gift for a Marine who flew in Vietnam Nam. His son purchased a model for him and when it arrived, the model (RF4B) came in with the same squadron designation as the one flown in Second Seat by this 1st Lieutenant while stationed at El Toro (MCAS), CA in 1969. The group was a Reconnissancse Group. He had retained his Flight Log Book and had flown 16 missions in that aircraft. He is very proud of his service in the USMC and is very pleased to be able to display this in a beautiful well built presentable case. As the purchaser I couldn't be more pleased with this case. We have three cases of different sizes and they all do a great job of displaying our items and keeping the items dust-free (relatively). Things I like:1) cases are delivered in a very sturdy packaged and I have strong confidence the product will not break.2) seller is very communicative about how to handle products and seems to want to provide a good experience should the product come damaged (have not dealt with this yet...and hopefully never).3) product is easy to use and no assembly required.I will continue buying.

When visiting the Crazy Horse Memorial in the Black Hills, you are encouraged to select your own chunk of beautiful granite from the ongoing work of building the monument. It is such a honor to have this "rock", I knew I wanted to keep it on display and have been searching for the perfect way to do so. This well-built, clear 6" x 6" case works perfectly. The case was packed very carefully - you can tell the company takes pride in their work. The case was in perfect condition and they even include a cleaning cloth (although static electricity during winter makes it hard to wipe away any particles that come in contact with the Plexiglas!!) I would not hesitate to order from them again.

So, this was a gift for my boyfriend to display his NECA 1990 7" TMNT figures and it is perfect! The turtles themselves aren't actually 7", they're between 6" and 6.5", so there is still a nice amount of room above their heads. The turtles are quite bulky, especially when you equip them with their weapons and they STILL all fit nicely, not crammed looking. I was informed that the base of the display case actually has a generous amount of grip to it. The turtles don't have holes in their feet so this helps balance them in certain poses that would be more difficult otherwise. The corners of the displace case are not sharp, just an FYI. They're rounded, but you cannot tell at first glance until you touch them. You get a cloth to wipe the case with, which is nice. They really package this so well to make it very protected, too. The "fragile" stickers are appreciated! This case makes whatever you put inside of it look so special. Definitely recommend buying it!
