The rubber tips that hold the sac keep coming off
The sax stand is useless as the rubber tips that hold the tie down for the sax keep coming off. After trying to multiple times set it properly, almost immediately upon putting the saxophone in the stand and connecting the tie down, the rubber tips would come off, causing the tie down to fall. Additionally the stand is loose, all the connections are actually not meant to be firm which gives me a bit of uncertainty as to the firmness of the stand.

Good enough for the home
It folds up really nicely, but man not sure I would trust it for a gig. It cradles the horn well, but the legs are just wobbly. Am I disappointed, no- I didn't expect it to be professional grade at 20 bucks. It will work just fine in my basement where I don't have to worry about anyone walking into it or spilling beer on it except for me.

Rocks a bit, but doesn’t fall.
I got to use this for the first time at a rehearsal the other day and it works just fine. It stands as it should, it’s easy to set up. Takes about 30 sec. It scared me a little bit when I actually sat my sax on it cause it rocked a little bit, but my sax didn’t move so I assume it was just balancing out. Not gonna lie and say my heart didn’t drop though.

Holds the sax just fine, but after a week of use, the foam that cushions the base of the sax is peeling off.

Nice stand
Nice stable stand, great price. I think I paid more for less in 1967. I like the add on rubber security strap.

Ease of use
This unfolded and set up very quickly. I was happy it had a means for me to store my clarinet.

Save for a better quality one.
Does the job, the only thing that I didn't is the quality of the materials and the way it was assembled, the foam on the top is starting to peel off after just a few uses.

Well built secure !!
A Really EXCELLENT stand extremely study and well engineered my partner in band has the same style stand but has collapsed many times when holding the sax. This will never collapse you have to fold it manually. The only criticism is having to push the locking buttons REALLY hard to get it to fold but there again maybe a GOOD point. Well done good product.
