Don't return it if it doesn't work! Contact tech support and they will get it straightened out
Upon getting the adapter it wouldn't connect with FORScan. After a day or so exchanging emails with the OBDlink support line I managed to get the FORScan settings right and now it works flawlessly. I originally had my doubts with my windows 11 laptop with usb 3.0 ports. But we ended up getting it to work. Best bang for the buck setup for sure.

Absolutely worth the purchase price.
This was an awesome purchase. I replaced the brakes on a 2020 Escape and could not get it to exit the parking brake service mode. That made the car throw numerous codes and the brakes did not work properly. This adapter with the Forscan software allowed me to fix the problem in less than an hour of receiving it. That time included downloading the app, obtaining the software license, and navigating the software to return the parking brake to normal mode. This saved me a lot of money by not using a local shop or taking it to the dealer. If you are servicing the brakes on a Ford vehicle, buy this adapter to save you a lot of frustration.

Works with FORScan
Bought this to use to program my bronco with FORScan, and it works really good, never had a dropped connection or a misread on codes, I would recomment this adapter for anyone using the FORScan software as it doesnt drop the connection in any way and it is very capable of programing your car the way you want! it is not a massive thing too, which some adapters are huge, this one is just a regular size OBDII plug and it has a nice LED indicator.

Great diagnostic tool.
Great tool when used with Forscan software. Reprogrammed numerous settings on my Ford F150 including speedometer calibration after change in tires, instrument panel display of engine and transmission temperature, etc. Cleared old fault codes and relearn PCM and TCM modules.

Works as expected for forscan
Item came quickly and works as expected for the Forscan app and I am sure others. Windows did not need a driver and everything worked without issue. Seems to be a very nice quality connector and I would think would last me for the rest of my driving life.
