Clove Womens A-Line Skirt Blue Stretch Denim, Ankle Length Maxi Plus Sizes 12-24

I really like this but never expected it to be too big at the waist for me. I may have to sew on my own belt loops or something. The length is fantastic for someone my height 5ft 10in. It goes to my ankles which after never being able to have a skirt so long is a bit unnerving as I feel like it must be falling down but no. It does mean I have to be aware of the waist though to ensure it really doesn't slip lower than it should.

I ordered an 18 as the reviews suggested the fir may be a little small (and no 16 listed) it is a little on the big side but I think I'll add some belt loops and all will be well. I am about 5'9" and this skirt is ankle length on me. Looking forward to the weather cooling off so I can wear it!

Fit was fine but not what I was looking for - it was like a tent, not much shape to it. Would have been better if it had a nice slim shape on top and then flared out, but its straight up and down to the hip and then a straight A-line out. Not sure what figure this would flatter, just way too much material.

This item returned to your supplier as per their instructions. Not suitable for me too much elastine content in the coth and too long.I am waiting for a refund for this item.

The waist and length were perfect for a size 14 but the hip measurement was more like a small size 12. This skirt was made for someone with straight up and down waist and hips, not for a curvy pear shape like me

Love the skirt

I love wearing this but it is much bigger than a 16 - more like an 18-20 - and much longer than ankle length if you are only 1.65m like me (fortunately I am handy with a needle so have taken it in and up)! The fabric is a lovely colour and the skirt is incredibly comfortable. So my overall advice is buy smaller than usual and don't buy it if you are very short!
