Great product I am on my second pot of these. They help with thinning hair and splitting or brittle nails you need to take them for a couple weeks to see any real improvement but after that everything grows really well a really effective product. Didnt work for me and tried for a while, also noted that i got bad bloated belly when using this and looked pregnant so obviously for me there is something in this my body does not like, bloating stopped when i stopped this fair price though and good if it works for you
