Natrum muriaticum happens to be my constitutional remedy. I am happy to find it on Amazon at this potency.

Demolishes panic attacks
I've suffered from crippling panic attacks for about 10 years. I've been on every anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medication that my psychiatrist and GP thought might help me (well over 6 different meds). I've tried accupunture, traditional therapy, and on and on.My acupuncturist is also a naturopath doctor, and he decided to try this... 3 little sugary pills once a day. The panic attacks stopped on day 2, and I haven't seen them since. It's been a bit over a week. I feel reborn.
