LOVE IT!!
This window perch was very easy to install. I opted to screw it into my windowsill due to other reviews about the hook 'n loop not being strong enough. We have 3 cats, and they all loved it right away. I bought 2 and put one in an east window and one in a west window. Now, my cats have a sunny nap spot all day long!

Good quality -- comfy for pets and stable with mounts
Mounts well to window -- stable, our cats love it...we ended up buying 3 for different locations and they are great for naps in the sun and for cats to watch wildlife out the window.

Cat Approved!
Cat Approved! This perch has been a fantastic addition to our home. To ensure a secure installation, I used both tape and screws, which provide extra stability. Our 14-pound cat loves it—whether she’s lounging or jumping up and down, the perch remains steady and reliable. Highly recommended for cat owners looking for a sturdy and comfortable window perch!

My cat is obsessed with it!!
Would have given it 5 starts but some of the plastic supports easily snap. An adult person cannot put any significant weight on it. I also suggest putting a thick piece of cardboard under the fleece cover. But my car loves it!! Spends hours making in the sun and in the evening. Will likely but another for another window.

Best style
This the only perch I could find that actually gets screwed into the windowsill. The suction cup ones do not work. My cat just loves this!

Wish I'd Bought the Heated Version Again
I didn't this time for my new cat because I found Rikki, his predecessor—in the early days of his 7-year tenure with me—on his seat from the same manufacturer one very cold morning in front of the closed heavy curtains, practically against the glass instead of on the heated side of the room. So, the cold obviously didn't bother him in the least. But he spent a LOT of time on that seat, whereas Alexander, my current cat spends more time curled up in his donut shaped bed adjacent to that window. To be fair, cats do spend a lot of time sleeping, as you can see Rikki did in his much-loved cube bed which he took to instantly. It took Alexander some time to adjust to sleeping in his bed, though, instead of underneath my loveseat where he fled on his 1st day with me & remained for nearly 2 weeks. But I really expected him to love the windowsill seat also, & especially now that he's been with me for 2 months. Although he's shown sitting on it looking down at Forrest, my tree for all seasons, Alexander has no real affinity for it like Rikki did & it's hard not to think the lack of a heating pad to lure him & keep him there is the reason.I did try another brand of seat, but the fit with my sliding windows was poor, so I returned to K&H's product which I was able to secure with screws to my wood windowsill. Despite the difference in price, I do wish I'd gotten the heated version, though.

Cat approved😻
My cat loves this! He uses every day! I picked this one because it did not need to go into the windowsill. We use the Velcro for extra support. He is a 13 pound cat. It has padding and removal cover to wash! Recommend this product! Easy to assemble.

Cat likes it, but far from sturdy
It says it's for large cats, but mine (who was just over 14lbs at his peak and spent most his time closer to 10lbs) absolutely demolished this thing over the course of a couple months. The platform supporting the foam is thin, brittle plastic. Once the first piece broke out, it started losing pieces every time he hopped onto it. Would be fine for a smaller cat, but that's not who I'm shopping for.
