I was sceptical because of the bad reviews. I bought 24 as I like to pickle eggs and hate peeling them! Many complain they are hard to clean and take too long to cook. This is how I did it and I am very happy (there are no instructions with the product). Wash in hot soapy water and dry thoroughly. Dip your finger in olive oil and coat the entire white silicone part and the inside of the red lid. Place egg cups in saucepan upright, with a saucer on top (I used only 6 eggs cups for this). Bring to boil and boil for 12 minutes, or 14 for really hard yolk. Open and slide a blunt knife around the top edge of the egg. Upturn and gently squeeze the silcone, it should pop out leaving very little behind. To clean, turn the silcone inside out and scrub in hot soapy water with a dishwashing brush. Mine came up good as new. I would advise not to use a dishwasher as this cooks the egg on!

These things take a little more time than just boiling your eggs and you need a bigger pan for more than two but they save the hassle and frustration of peeling those hard boiled eggs that won't peel cleanly. Once cooked the eggs come out easily if you run a sharp knife around the edge. We took them on a picnic in the holders and they were fine. No messy eggshell debris to get rid of! They're big enough for the largest hen's eggs that we've bought. Excellent product for the price.

Not non stick tried putting butter in the bottom and then oil but still managed to leave half the egg behind! Back to peeling eggs!!

This product is pretty useless used once and throw them away used for poached eggs. They tuck twice as long to cook and was nearly impossible to get out once cooked breaking them up and then all the egg stuck to them so made them very hard to clean to the point we could not be bothered to go through the effort to clean them knowing we would never use them again so thow then away font waste your money

I found this product useless eggs don't just pop out as per video you need to use a spoon which makes a mess of the egg. Cleaning is also a pain has to be completely dismantled and scrubbed if put in dish washer it just hardens the egg residue,I would rather pel an egg than mess about with this item.

It’s not as easy as the online videos suggest. My first attempt came out dreadful but if I spray some oil in it before I add my eggs maybe this will have a better outcome. First attempt was a badly damaged egg. I’ll give the product the benefit of the doubt and try again tomorrow.

Arrived quickly, no instructions, cracked egg into egg cooker, boiled in pan tried to turn out - was stuck had to use a knife to remove have of egg left in egg cooker. Checked back on line, went to another seller that instructed to lightly oil the cookers, makes sense.

Not fit for purpose. Overcooks the egg white at the bottom whilst egg white on the top remains raw. They float so the top part can’t get into the water properly. You’ll spend longer trying to clean the stuck egg off these things than you’ll spend peeling shell off eggs the good old fashioned way. Would not recommend!!
