Great product
Same as SAMS offering but not available in our store

Good for regularity.
Helps bowel movement, and likely has the benefit of fiber for health concerns. I think I would enjoy mixing up smoothies with psyllium powder instead, as these require a heck of a lot of pills to swallow to achieve the best results.

3/10/2025 Back in Stock !!Good stuff at a good price - all that I can sayOk so MM has good stuff howeve the sell was out of stock but didn't state thatwhen ordered. After a couple of week I was then told I can ask for a refundand a received my money back with out issue.Again GOOD Product just bad communication from sell and Amazon as well
