I have been buying this since I was pregnant. Helps me with my depression and mood. I can tell when I have forgotten to take at night. I wake up more on edge and with less calm the next day.

I'm basing this review on previous orders of the same product, and on positive evaluations by people who know more than I do. I haven't yet opened this jar, but previous orders have arrived in good condition and the outside of the most recently ordered plastic jar was in good shape and well-sealed. There are cheaper magnesium glycinate tabs, but I've found several sources that cite the NOW tabs as exceptionally pure, meaning the amount of usable magnesium in each tab is what the jar says it is. Apparently for some other brands of this product, you do not get what you think you're getting, which makes it impossible to guess the right number of tabs you need.

Since taking this OTC medicine I have been getting a great nights sleep and this has also helped my lower back pain without feeling drowsy of tired. I started seeing results during week two and will continue to take this medicine as it truly works!
