I love this half moon bolster pillow! It is so comfortable! I use it under my knees when lying in bed to sleep or to read. I am usually a side sleeper but I read that it's better for your back and joints to sleep on your back, so I tried this, however I found that sleeping flat on my back wasnt comfortable after a while and it seemed to put more pressure on my back. Placed under my knees, this pillow supports my back and gives me a very comfortable nights sleep. I also use it between my legs if i turn around on my side.I wasn't sure whether to go for this one at 12cm in height, or another one on amazon at 10cm; i'm glad I went for this one as its just the right size.

Great product, a little to soft. Needed something bit firmer for under my knees. So use it for neck.

Used it underneath my poorly knees while sleeping. It was comfortable, neither too soft or hard. It makes a huge difference to the pain in my arthritic hips and knees. So surprised that something so simple can ease my pain and allow me to sleep on my back. I’d recommend it to anyone. I’m lending it to my son and if it does the same for him I’ll be ordering another one. Fabulous result for me.

The height dimension of this product seems to be a little off, mine is 11cm tall, not the listed 12cm. It is also quite a bit softer than the Medipaq so between the two be aware the Medipaq will actually end up supporting your legs higher since it deforms less but I don't think that one is wide enough.It is quite soft which is fairly comfortable comparatively but at the cost of a lot of deformation and loss in height and support.

I purchased this to go specifically behind the back of my knees to help alleviate back pain, great quality product, very firm for this specific task. Not sure I will use it between my knees when I’m on my side yet. Makes such a difference versus using a normal pillow

The pillow has a nice cover and that is the only good thing I can say about it .The foam has no support at all and as soon as you put any weight on it it squashes flat .Sadly a total waste of money !

Better than expected. I bought this for post surgery use and it helped my comfort considerably as soon as I got home. It works well under the knees to support the back and it is especially good foreside sleeping and ensuring correct back alignment.

I have just had a total hip-replacement, and I wanted some additional support for the side of my leg, and to raise my knee.I am very happy with this pillow and bought 2 of them. It is a plus-point that the cover can be removed and washed, but a pity that there do not seem to be additional covers that could be purchased. It does fit in a standard pillowcase , but of course that then has an amount of loose material.I do have a round bolster cushion, but I do find this half-moon shape to be better as the cushion is stable on the flat side, and tends to remain in place more than a round bolster does.Overall it does exactly what I wanted, a good purchase.

I needed a support bolster for my knees, and picked this up because it was cheap. The memory foam is great and the dimensions of the pillow are perfect.I noticed that it advertised itself as a head pillow as well, and tried it after having a wisdom tooth removed, since my regular pillow was putting pressure on my neck and lower jaw. I wasn't expecting much, but the pillow worked perfectly. The outer rim of the pillow shape compressed down because of the memory foam and the edge supported my neck perfectly. It does need a separate pillowcase, since the one it ships with is more of a pillow protector for the memory foam, but that's a small thing and also not something advertised with the product.
